摘要
结合学院基层党组织服务学生学习发展的实践,安全防范系学生党支部以"网格化管理,组团式服务"从学习、生活、就业三方面为学生提供日常管理服务。学业辅导服务即对学生进行日常促进和学业深度辅导;日常生活服务即服务小团队将生活服务对象分类进行服务帮助;就业服务即对网格内所有学生从入校开始至毕业进行全覆盖全过程服务。通过以上途径,着力探索高校基层党支部服务学生成长成才的有效途径。
Combined with the practice of serving students at basic-level party organizations in our college, students＇ party branch in Safety and Defense Department tried the service mode of ＂grid manage, and group service＂, providing daily management and services for students from the following three aspects： study, daily life and employment. Academic counselling service provides academic guidance. Daily life service provides service for different group of students. Employment services cover all students from enrolling to graduating. By analyzing the ways above, the writer tries to explore effective ways in serving students for basic- level party organizations.
