摘要
以三水铝石矿、硫酸铵为原料,采用硫酸铵两段焙烧法提取铝土矿中的铝和铁,通过单因素试验研究了常压条件下硫酸铵焙烧铝土矿过程中低温段、高温段焙烧温度、低温段、高温段焙烧时间、铵矿比对铝土矿中氧化铝和氧化铁的提取率的影响。结果表明,粒度小于74μm的铝土矿在铵矿比n=4,低温段焙烧温度300℃,焙烧时间60 min,高温段焙烧温度450℃,焙烧时间60 min的条件下,多次验证Al2O3的提取率均在98%以上,Fe2O3的提取率均在88%以上。使铝土矿中的铝、铁、硅得到了有效地分离。
Using bauxite ore and ammonium sulfate as raw materials , Al203 and Fe203 were extracted from bauxite ore by the method of ammonium sulfate roasting. The optimum conditions, which could guarantee the ex- traction rate of Al2 O3 more than 98% and the extraction rate of Fe2 O3 more than 88% , were figure out through sin- gle-factor experiment as follows : molar ratio of ammonium sulfate-to-bauxite 4, low temperature reaction at 300 ℃ , reaction time 60 rain; high temperature reaction at 450 ℃ , reaction time 60 min. The components of aluminum, i- ron and silicon in the bauxite has been separated effectively.
