摘要
中医药治疗痛风实验研究表明,单味药提取物(穿山龙、葛根、绞股蓝、萆薢、牛膝)、经方及验方有效成分(经方加味四妙汤、当归拈痛丸、痛风汤及验方痛风康Ⅱ号颗粒、抗痛风胶囊等)可明显改善实验大鼠相关试验指标,具有广阔应用前景。尚缺乏研究统一标准,与临床结合不紧密,未来应在筛选出单味药有效成分,分析方药作用形式等方面深入探索。
The experiment research on the treatment of gout by traditional Chinese Medicine indicates that extract of single drug（Dioscorea nipponica Makino、Pueraria、Gynostemma、Dioscorea septemloba Thunb、Achyranthes bidentata）、the effective components of classical prescription and prescription（classical prescription：jiawei-simiao soup、DGNT pill、gout decoction, prescription：TFK Ⅱ Granule、Anti-gout Capsules）can obviously improve the related lab targets of experimental rats.These medicine have a extensive application prospect.But the Experiment Research are lack of uniform standard and does not closely link with clinic either.Doctor should explore how to screen the extract of single drug as well as analyze the action mode of the prescription in the future.
