摘要
目的:探讨抗青光眼手术治疗的急性闭角型青光眼患者的临床护理效果。方法:回顾性分析我科88例原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料,给予患者相关的护理措施。结果:本组88例患者,经过精心护理后,患者眼压均恢复并维持正常。结论:通过采取有效的护理措施,可提高原发性急性闭角型青光眼的治疗效果。
Objectives:To discuss glaucoma surgery treat-ment of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma for clinical effect of nursing. Methods:With 88 cases of primary acute an-gle-closure glaucoma patients for clinical data were retrospec-tively analyzed, gave them the effective nursing measures. Re-sults:All the 88 patients, through effective nursing, patients re-turned to normal intraocular pressure. Conclusions:Through taking effective nursing measures, can improve the primary acute angle-closure glaucoma treatment effect.
