摘要
目的探讨风险管理在骨科高龄手术患者术中护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年6月我院收治的骨科高龄手术患者90例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施风险管理。比较两组术中并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组术中并发症发生率为2.2%,显著低于对照组的17.8%;观察组护理总满意度为95.6%,显著高于对照组的82.2%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科高龄手术患者术中护理中应用风险管理能提高护理质量,减少术中并发症的发生,有效避免护理意外,值得进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of risk management in intraoperative nursing of elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group（45 cases） and observation group（45 cases）. The control group implemented conventional management, the observation group implemented risk management. The complication rate and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The complication rate during operation of observation group was 2.2%, lower than 17.8% of control group;the total satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.6%, higher than 82.2% of control group; all the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Risk management can improve the quality of care in application of intraoperative nursing of elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, and can reduce the complication rate, avoid nursing accidents effectively, which is worthy of further promotion.
