摘要
从中国农村土地产权制度变迁的梳理、理论层面和现实层面对中国现行农村土地产权制度弊端的分析、中国农村土地产权制度改革方案的探讨等三个方面,对2000-2014年间国内农村土地产权制度的研究进行了综述,并对已有研究进行了简评。
Researches on China＇s rural land property system during 2000--2014 are summaried and commented from the following three aspects： sorting of Chin＇s rural land property rights system vicissitude, theoretical and practical analysis of current rural land property rights system＇s defects, and the discussion of the system＇s reform in the future.
