摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助方式提取栀子黄色素.分别通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间对浸提栀子黄色素的影响.结果表明最佳浸提参数是:溶剂浓度为50%、浸提温度为40°C、料液比为1:6、浸提时间为50min.此条件下栀子黄色素的浸提率达到99.69%,OD值为1.76.
Gardenia yellow pigment was extracted using ethanol as extracting solvent by means of ultrasonic-assisted extraction. The effects of ethanol concentration, exaction temperature, ratio of raw material to ethanol, exaction time were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as followed: the ethanol concentration was 50%, extraction temperature was 40℃, ratio of raw material to ethanol was 1:6, and time was 50 min. Under the conditions, the yield of gardenia yellow pigment was 99.69% and the OD value was 1.76.
