摘要
"京津冀协同发展"是国家重点实施的区域发展战略,有利于促进区域城市群的形成和发展,提升区域竞争力。为了避免石家庄在发展中可能产生的一系列"城市问题",实现土地利用结构优化和城市可持续发展,需要对土地集约利用情况进行评价研究。文章选取了12个指标构建石家庄市土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用BP-ANN模型,通过测试数据对网络进行训练,得出石家庄市土地处于中低程度的集约利用状态。根据评价结果,结合石家庄市实际情况,提出了土地集约利用的措施建议。
The Jing-Jin-Ji collaborative development strategy is a state-level regional dcveloptment strategy, which is beneficial for the formation and development of the regional urban agglomeration and the upgrade of the regional competitiveness. To avoid potential problems in the development of Shijiazhuang city and realize the structure optimization of land utilization and the sustainable development of the city, the situation of intensive land utilizing should be evaluated. In this article, 12 indicators were selected to construct a index system for the evaluation of the intensive land utilization of Shijiazhuang city. By using BP-ANN model and network training test data. the state the intensive land utilization of Shijiashuang city was obtained. The results show that it is in a state of low degree. At last, according to the evaluation results, the article proposed measures for intensive land utilization, considering the actual situation of Shijiazhuang city.
