摘要
沥青表处是一种强基薄面型的沥青路面形式,其施工工序多,工序衔接紧密,质量控制要点多。文中结合南部非洲赞比亚卢萨卡城市交通系统升级改造项目,从基层要求、原材料质量及施工控制、路面养护等方面对双表处质量控制要点进行了总结,并对双表处常见病害在施工过程中质量控制的缺陷进行了探讨及分析,总结了相应的修补方法。
Bituminous surface dressing is a constructional methodology of pavement surfacing.It is u-sually used to form a pavement of strong base and thin surfacing.Its procedure comprises several co-herent stages.The amount of quality control points is relatively big.The quality control points of the procedure of double surface dressing on requirements of base,quality of materials,control of con-struction proceedings,curing of pavement structures,and etc.,are summarized in this paper based on the Rehabilitation/Upgrading of Selected Urban Roads in Lusaka City Proj ect in Zambia,southern Af-rica.The defects produced due to quality control failures during construction of double surface dress-ing are discussed and analyzed and the respective remedial methods are concluded.It could be used for reference for construction of similar proj ect.
