摘要
为分析溃堤洪水对电力工程的影响,合理确定设计洪水位,采用一维水动力模型计算河道设计洪水过程,用平面二维水动力模型模拟溃堤洪水演进规律。结果表明,溃口开边界设置为水位过程,能客观反映河道洪水与围内洪水的相互作用过程,计算得到围内洪水演进过程和溃堤洪水位是合理的;水动力模型可为电力工程设计提供可靠的技术支持。最后对溃堤模型溃口开边界设置、溃口拟定方法和计算结果合理性检验等问题进行探讨,为实际工程提供参考。
To analyze the impact of dike-break flood on electric power engineering, reasonably determine the design flood level, the one-dimensional hydrodynamic model is used to calculate the river s design flood process, and, the flat two-dimensional hydrodynamic model is used to simulate the evolution law of the dike-break flood. The results of example showed that it can reflect the interaction process of the river flood and the inner flood objectively, with the open border of breach being seted to water level process. The calculation of the dike-break flood s evolution in the inner and dike-break flood level is reasonable. It also showes that the hydrodynamic model can provide reliable technical support for electrical engineering design. Finally, the open boundary setting of dike-break model, breach develop methods and the test of calculation reasonableness, and other issues were discussed to provide a reference for practical engineering experience.
