摘要
针对常规瞬态I-V测试仪(脉冲时间一般为5~20ms)在高效率、高电容的n型光伏组件测试时出现,I-V曲线失真,从而导致开路电压、填充因子、最大功率出现偏差的问题,从电池结构和测试机理上出发,分析产生这种偏差的原因,提出解决该问题的关键方法。采用宽脉冲测试、分段测试等测试方法,对n型常规、IBC电池等n型光伏组件进行测试,研究不同测试方法和电池电容对n型光伏组件测试结果的影响,获得该类光伏组件电性能的精准测试方法,可解决n型高电容光伏组件的测试问题。
Aiming at the I- V curve distortion in test of the high- efficiency/high capacitance n- type solar PV modules using flash I-V tester (pulse time of 5-20 ms), and the errors in the open circuit voltage, fill factor and maximum power induced by distortion, the key methods to solve this phenomenon was put forward by analyzing the influence factors of the I- V curve distortion according to the configuration and test mechanism of solar cell. N type solar PV modules, such as normal and IBC solar PV modules were tested using long pulse test, sectionalization test and some other methods. The influence of different test methods and solar cell capacitance on I- V test results was investigated. Finally, the accurate test method for I-V test was acquired, which solved the test problem of high-efficiency/highly capacitance N type solar PV modules.
