摘要
目的探究多类营养素联用对铅中毒患儿的疗效及预后影响。方法选取2013年6月至2014年12月于我院接受治疗84例铅中毒患儿,按数字表法随机将患儿分为两组,其中观察组42例,采用低剂量二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)与多类营养素联合干预,对照组42例,单纯采用多类营养素进行干预,观察并对比两组患儿干预前后血铅水平的变化。结果治疗后两组患儿血铅水平均有所减低,但观察组血铅水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患儿出院时以及出院8周后治愈例数都显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;总体来看,患儿随年龄的增长,血铅水平呈上升趋势(P<0.05),男性患儿血铅水平随年龄的增长而升高(P<0.05),女性患儿则无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论低剂量的DMSA联合多类营养素对铅中毒患儿进行干预,能够取得令人满意的疗效,患儿血铅水平能够较为迅速的恢复到正常水平,对患儿的预后情况有积极的影响。
Objective To explore multi nutrients associated with the toxic effects of curative effect and prognosis in children with plumbism. Methods From June,2013 to December,2014 in our hospital treated 84 cases of lead poisoning in children,randomly children were divided into two groups,the observation group of 42 cases,using low dose of two mercaptosuccinic acid（ DMSA） and multi nutrients combined intervention,42 cases in the control group,the simple use of multi tired nutrition hormone intervention,observed the change of blood lead level of children in two groups before and after intervention. Results The two groups after treatment in children with blood lead levels were reduced,but the observation group＇s blood lead levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05; observation group patients at discharge from hospital and8 weeks after the number of cured patients was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05; overall,children with the growth of the age,the blood lead levels increased（ P〈0. 05）,the lead level in male children with blood and increased with age（ P〈0. 05）,but no significant change in female patients（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Low dose of DMSA combined with many kinds of nutrients for children with lead poisoning intervene,can obtain satisfactory effect,the blood lead level of children can be more rapid to return to normal levels,have a positive impact on the prognosis of patients.
