摘要
目的：探讨血净中心应用信息化管理系统在防范护理差错中的效果。方法选取80例维持性血液透析患者进行调查。采用自身对照，80名患者2013年6~9月（对照组）采用传统的医疗实施和管理行血液透析（HD）共1953台次，血液透析滤过（HDF）共910台次；2013年10~12月（实验组）采用信息化管理系统行HD共1923台次，HDF共903台次。回顾分析两组护理差错的发生概率，并采用卡方（χ2）检验。结果对照组护理差错发生33例，所占比例为1.15%；而实验组为4例，所占比例为0.14%。对比两组结果，口头医嘱执行错误、回路管固定不当和治疗模式错误发生率具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论信息化管理系统有利于血净中心护理差错的防范。
Objective To investigate the application effectiveness of the informatization management system in nursing error prevention in the blood purification center.Methods Altogether 80 MHD （Maintenance Hemo-Dialysis） patients were selected. Taking themselves as the reference, 80 MHD patients （The Control Group） had accepted a total of 1953 times of HD treatment and 910 times of HDF （Hemo-Dia-Filtration） treatment in the blood puriifcation center from June to September 2013 under the traditional medical implementation and management mode. With the application of the informatization management system in medical implementation and management, all the 80 patients （The Experimental Group） undergone 1923 times of HD treatment and 903 times of HDF treatment from October to December 2013. Then, retrospective analysis was made between two groups in the occurrence rate of nursing errors. And the chi-square test was used.Results A total of 33 nursing errors happened in Control Group （Accounting for 1.15%）; while, only 4 cases of nursing errors occurred in Experimental Group （0.14%）. In comparison between the results of two groups, significant differences （P〈0.05） existed in occurrence rate of execution errors of verbal medical advice, improper ifxation of loop pipes and treatment mode errors.Conclusion The informatization management system is helpful to prevent nursing errors in the blood puriifcation center.
