摘要
在国家实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,梳理了京鄂皖苏等国内创新先进地区出台的旨在促进创新的各项政策文件,采用内容分析法对各项政策中支持创新的相关措施条款进行编码,并分析了各类基本政策工具的使用情况,为今后我国各地出台更有效的创新驱动政策提供依据。
China is executing the Strategy of economic development driven by innovation,in this context,this study organizes the innovation policies of Beijing. Huhei. Anhui and Jiangsu which are advanced areas in innovation, codes the political terms designed to support innovation based on content analysis method, does some statistical analysis of basic policy tool, hopes to extract some experiences and lessons from them and help other areas to make more suitable policies to stimulate innovation.
