摘要
为协调有风险规避零售商参与的价格时变供应链,提出一种将价格折扣分担和滞销回购相结合的联合契约。在比较分析集中系统和分散系统订货决策的基础上,设计了该联合契约的具体形式,并给出了最优契约参数满足的条件。通过数值分析给出了零售商的风险规避程度和制造商的响应时间不确定因素对联合契约参数的影响,定量刻画了该联合契约在供应链协调中的应用价值,进而证明了该联合契约是一种协调时变供应链的有效途径。
To coordinate time-varying price supply chain with risk-averse retailers, a combined contract of price dis- count share based on time and buy-back policy was proposed. Based on comparing the centralized supply chain and the decentralized supply chain, the parameters of combined contract were designed and the conditions of optimal con- tract parameters were given. Through a numerical analysis, the influence of change of retailers' risk-averse and suppliers' respond time on the decision results of supply chain was given. The value of combined contract to supply chain coordination was characterized quantitatively. The combined contract supplied an effective solution to coordi- nate time-varying supply chain with risk-averse retailers.
