摘要
针对当前提高信息化条件下体系作战的应急作战能力客观要求,综合运用模糊评价理论,对信息化条件下武器系统应急作战能力评估问题进行了研究。首先,从理论上阐明武器系统应急作战能力的内涵;然后,在分析武器系统应急作战能力评价内容的基础上,建立了信息化条件下武器系统应急作战能力评价指标体系,并提出了一种基于模糊综合评价法的武器系统应急作战能力评估方法;最后,通过实例分析说明了该方法的有效性。
In view of the objective requirements for emergency operation capability of the weapon system under the informa-tionized conditions, by employing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, it is studied the emergency operation capability e-valuation problem of weapon system under informationized conditions in this paper. Firstly, it is made clear connotation of the emergency operation capability. Secondly, based on analyzing the evaluation contents, it is built an evaluation index system of emergency operation capability of weapon system under informationized conditions, and its evaluation method is also put forward. Finally, it is proved the effectiveness of evaluation method by a case.
