摘要
目的及时掌握医务人员手卫生执行状况,预防医院感染,进一步提高医疗质量。方法由受过培训的院感科专职人员按照统一的方法和表格,在医务人员不知情的前提下每月到各病区随机抽取约10名医务人员观察其手卫生执行情况,共观察10个住院病区。结果 2013年医务人员手卫生依从率平均为93.6%,洗手正确率为76.0%,护士手卫生依从率高于医师,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=77.332,P<0.01);手卫生依从率在接触病人周围物品后最低(84.2%),在无菌操作后最高(97.9%),不同时期医务人员手卫生依从率差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.687,P<0.01);新生儿科医务人员手卫生依从率最高(94.4%),妇产科最低(92.9%),不同科室手卫生依从率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.693,P>0.05)。结论应加强培训,提高医务人员洗手正确率,从而达到预防与控制医院感染的目的。
Objective To grasp the status of implementation of the medical staff hand hygiene, to prevent infec- tion, to further improve the quality of care. Methods Hospital by trained professionals sense Branch, accord- ing to a unified approach and tables, without the knowledge of the medical staff under the premise of each month to the ward for about 10 randomly selected medical personnel to observe the implementation of hand hy- giene, observed in 10 inpatient wards in total. Results Medical staff hand hygiene compliance rate averaged 93.6% in 2013, was 76.0% wash their hands properly, the nurse hand hygiene compliance rate was higher than the doctors, the difference was significant （X2 = 77. 332, P 〈 0.01 ） ; hand hygiene compliance rates a- round the items in contact with the patient after the lowest （84. 2% ）, after aseptic highest （97.9%）, differ- ent periods of the medical staff hand hygiene compliance rate difference was significant （X2 = 27. 687, P 〈 0.01 ） ; neonatal medical staff hand hygiene compliance rate was the highest （ 94.4% ） , Obstetrics lowest （92.9%）, hand hygiene compliance rates in different departments was no significant difference （X2 = 0. 693, P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions Should strengthen training and improve the accuracy of medical personnel wash their hands, so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and control of hospital infection.
