混凝土搅拌车恒速液压系统仿真研究

摘要 针对混凝土搅拌车的恒速控制要求,利用AMESim软件进行了恒速液压系统的建模,仿真分析了此恒速液压系统在进料工况和满载工况下系统各参数的变化曲线,并搭建了混凝土搅拌车的恒速液压系统试验平台,对恒速阀的恒速性能进行试验,最终得到恒速阀的性能参考数据,根据此试验数据,分析了恒速阀对液压驱动系统的恒速性能影响。对比数据,得知恒速阀能够基本满足搅拌车的恒速性能。 According to the requirement of the constant speed control system of concrete mixer truck and constant speed hydraulic system modeling, simulation analysis of the curve at a constant speed of the hydraulic system of the parameters under different conditions is carried out by using AMESim in this paper. And a test platform for the constant speed of the hydraulic system is built to test constant speed valve for constant speed performance, then the constant speed valve performance data is also get. According to the experimental data, the influence of constant speed valve of hydraulic system is analyzed. The comparative data shows that constant speed valve can basically meet the constant speed performance of mixers.
