摘要
目的:优选黄芩茎叶中野黄芩苷的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以HPLC法测定水提液中野黄芩苷含量作为评价指标,优选黄芩茎叶的最佳水提工艺。结果:最佳水提工艺条件为:加10倍量的水,提取3次,每次提取1h;此工艺下所得到的野黄芩苷的含量为0.4106mg/g。结论:此提取工艺可行、可控。
Objective: To optimize the best water extractive technology of Scutellarin from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Ceorgi. Method: The best extractive technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The content of Scu- tellarin in the water extract, which was determined by HPLC, was used to evaluate the factor levels. Results : The optimal technology was as follows: 10 times amount of water for 1 h, extract for 3 times respectively. The content of Scutellarin of extract contained by optimal technology was 0.4106 mg/g. Conclusion: This extractive technology was feasible and con- trollable.
