摘要
为给疲劳优先工况条件下的抗裂沥青混合料设计及改性剂选择提供参考,通过选定相同的沥青用量,采用小梁疲劳试验机研究了11种不同沥青混合料在考虑了自愈合补偿后的疲劳性能。采用50%初始劲度模量降低疲劳寿命Nf50评价基质沥青混合料疲劳性能,采用归一化劲度次数积疲劳寿命NfNM评价改性沥青混合料的疲劳性能。研究结果表明:当未考虑自愈合时,11种沥青混合料中SBS-AC13疲劳性能最好,当考虑自愈合后,仍是SBS-AC13疲劳性能最好;橡胶沥青混合料ARAC-13自愈合能力最好;疲劳自愈合能力与空隙率、级配都呈很好的相关性。
In order to provide reference for the design of anti-crack asphalt mixture and the choice of modifier under fatigue priority condition, eleven typical asphalt mixtures with the same asphalt content, were chosen for fatigue performance test with self-healing compensation considered by beam fatigue apparatus. Nf50 was selected to evaluate the fatigue performances of neat asphalt mixtures, while NfNM was selected to evaluate the fatigue performances of modified asphalt mixtures. The results show that when the effect of self-healing is not considered, SBS-AC13 manifests the best fatigue performance and when the self-healing is considered, SBS-AC13 still owns the best fatigue performance. Asphalt rubber mixture (ARAC-13) has the best ability of self-healing. The ability of self-healing correlates well with void ratio of mixture and gradation.
