摘要
目的对当前卫生检疫行业标准存在的问题进行探讨,以利于新标准更为科学的制定。方法对部分检疫行业标准进行归类比较以及在实际使用过程中发现的问题进行综合评价。结果发现标准更新不及时、实施对象模糊、个别用词不够规范、缺乏免费方便查询体系等问题。结论应严格我国当前卫生检疫行业标准的制定审核程序,对存在的问题进行及时更新和修改,充分发挥标准作用。
Objective To discuss the health and quarantine industry standards, in order to facilitate the new standard to be more scientific. Methods Compared the classification and problems in practice of quarantine industry standards for comprehensive evaluation. Results We found that the standard was not updated in a timely manner, the implementation of fuzzy object, the individual word was not standard, the lack of free and convenient query system. Conclusion Be strict of our current health and quarantine industry standards review process, the existing problems are updated and revised in time, giving ful play of standards.
