摘要
目的:观察综合性护理干预在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2012年3月-2014年9月收治的60例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,分为两组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合性护理干预,比较两组抢救成功率、并发症发生率、出血量、住院时间、护理满意度及半年再出血率。结果:观察组护理期间出血量及住院时间均低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组抢救成功率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组再出血率及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的应用可有效改善患者身心状态,尽快止血并降低并发症发生率与再出血率,改善预后,效果显著。
Objective：To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis and upper digestive tract bleeding.Method：60 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2014 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups. The control group were given routine nursing care,the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The rescue success rate, complication rate, the amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction and the rate of rebleeding in half a year were compared between the two groups.Result：In observation group,the amount of bleeding and the hospitalization time were lower than that of the control group; The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The rescue success rate between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The rebleeding rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing on patients with liver cirrhosis and upper digestive tract hemorrhage can effectively improve patients’ physical and mental state, stop bleeding, reduce the incidence of complications and the rate of rebleeding and improve the prognosis. The effect is remarkable.
