摘要
目的研究分析甲基苯丙胺导致精神障碍的临床特点研究。方法选择该院2012年10月—2014年10月收治的80例甲基苯丙胺导致精神障碍患者,将其作为观察组,再选择同期来院体检的正常人80例作为对照组。对比观察两组症状自评量表评分,并且分析患者的精神症状情况。结果观察组躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性以及总分情况均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组在强迫、敌对、恐怖以及偏执评分的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。焦虑和兴奋、冲动所占比例最大,达到82.50%(66/80),其次为食欲下降53.75%(43/80)、被害妄想41.46%(34/80)、嫉妒妄想和抑郁各为36.25%(29/80),对低为感知综合障碍,仅为7.50%(6/80)。结论 甲基苯丙胺所导致的精神障碍患者的精神症状主要以情感症状为主,伴有躯体依赖的特点。
Objective to study the analysis of methamphetamine lead to study the clinical features of mental disorder. Methods from October 2012 to October 2012 treated 80 cases of methamphetamine lead to mental disorders, as a group, then choose the same period to hospital check-up normal 80 cases as control group. Observed two groups of the self-assessment lists of symptom score, and analyze the mental symptoms of patients. Results observation group of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychoticism and total score were significantly higher than that of control group, difference has statistical significance （ P〈0.05）. The two groups in the force, hostility, terror and paranoid score difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Anxious and excited, impulsive, the largest proportion of 82.50%（66/80）, 53.75%（43/80） followed by loss of appetite, murdered delusion of 41.46% （34/80）, the jealousy delusion and depression was 36.25% （29/80）, of low for comprehensive perception barriers, only 7.50% （6/80）. Conclusion mental symptoms of mental disorders, as a result of methamphetamine mainly emotional symptoms, ac-companied by depend on the characteristics of the body.
