摘要
以气单胞菌属标准株ATCC7966和本实验室分离的气单胞菌为试验菌株,采用营养肉汤二倍稀释法研究季磷盐碘对气单胞菌的抑菌杀菌作用.结果表明,季磷盐碘在低浓度时能抑制气单胞菌的生长增殖,高浓度杀灭细菌,其对7株气单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.156 m L/L(Aeromonas sp.T4、Aeromonas sp.T6),0.312 m L/L(ATCC7966、Aeromonas sp.T1、Aeromonas sp.T2、Aeromonas sp.T5)和0.625 m L/L(Aeromonas sp.T3),其最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为1.25 m L/L(Aeromonas sp.T2、Aeromonas sp.T4、Aeromonas sp.T6),2.5 m L/L(Aeromonas sp.T3)和5 m L/L(ATCC7966、Aeromonas sp.T1、Aeromonas sp.T5).本研究结果可为季磷盐碘的合理使用提供参考.
Using the standard strain of Aeromonas ATCC7966 and the Aeromonas strains isolated from culture water or diseased fish as tested strains, determined the bacteriostatic and bactericidal efficacy of quaternary phosphorus salt iodine on Aeromonas by double broth dilution method. The results showed that the quaternary phosphorus salt iodine could inhibit the growth of bacterium at the lower concentra- tion, and killed the bacterium at the higher concentration. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of quaternary phosphorus salt iodine on Aeromonas are 0. 156mL/L (Aeromonas sp. T4, Aero- monas sp. T6), 0. 312 mL/L (ATCC7966, Aeromonas sp. T1, Aeromonas sp. T2, Aeromonas sp. T5 ) and 0. 625 mL/L (Aeromonas sp. T3 ), the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of quater- nary phosphorus salt iodine on Aeromonas are 1.25 mL/L (Aeromonas sp. T2, Aeromonas sp. T4, Aer- omonas sp. T6), 2.5 mL/L ( Aeromonas sp. T3 ) and 5 mL/L (ATCC7966, Aeromonas sp. T1, Aero- monas sp. TS). The experimental results could provide scientific basis for reasonable application of quaternary phosphorus salt iodine.
