摘要
随着石油化工行业在我国逐步发展,储罐在生产环节起着越来越重要的作用。由于储存介质的易燃、易爆、有毒性质使得储罐会面临腐蚀、泄漏等危险性,威胁到储罐以及周边的安全。本文研究储罐RBI技术的理论方法、风险分析过程,依据风险对储罐制定合理的检验措施和检测方法。降低成本和风险的同时提高储罐安全性和稳定性。并建立动态的RBI基本模型,这将可以作为今后储罐RBI研究的重心。
As the petrochemical industry has gradually developed in China, storage tanks in production plays an increasingly important role. As the storage medium of the inflammable explosive and toxic property makes the tank will face corrosion, leakage and other dangers, threaten the safety of tanks and surroundings. This paper stud- ied the theoretical methods of RBI on tanks, risk analysis process ,and developed a reasonable inspection mea- sures and detection methods according to risks, The costs and risks were neduced while to improve security and stability of tanks. Furthermore, a dynamic RBI basic model was established, which will serve as the focus of future research of tank RBI.
