摘要
目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理的措施,观察早期康复护理干预对偏瘫患者运动和认知功能的影响,以降低脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复的时间,提高偏瘫患者的生活质量。方法将该院2013年1—6月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,随机分为康复护理组(30例)和常规护理组(30例)。常规护理组给予神经内科常规护理;康复护理组除常规护理之外,增加运动、认知、言语功能的护理,持续6周,观察两组患者日常生活自理能力及认知功能的改善情况。结果康复护理组较常规护理组认知功能的改善率高(P<0.05);巴氏指数(Barthel)康复护理组升高幅度较常规组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预可以降低脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复时间,提高偏瘫患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation measures for stroke patients with hemiplegia, and observe the influ- ence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on their activities and cognitive function so as to reduce the recovery time and improve quality of life of the patients. Methods 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the rehabilitation nursing group（30 cases） and the conventional nursing group（30 cases）. The conventional nursing group were given the conventional nursing of neurology, and the rehabilitation nursing group were given the nursing of activity, cognition as well as speech based on the conventional nursing of neurology for 6 weeks. And the improvement in the activities of daily living and cognitive function of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the conventional nursing group, the improvement rate of cognitive function in the rehabilitation nursing group is higher（P〈0.05）; the ascending range of Barthel Index in the rehabilitation nursing group is greater with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention could shorten the recovery time and improve the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
