摘要
目的:观察神经节苷脂联合加味牵正散治疗面神经炎的疗效。方法:将93例面神经炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组46例采用基础治疗,治疗组47例在基础治疗的基础上加用神经节苷脂与加味牵正散。结果:治疗组痊愈率为85.1%,明显优于对照组的45.7%(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为97.9%,明显优于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组面肌功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:神经节苷脂联合加味牵正散治疗面神经炎,可显著改善患者面部血管、神经、肌肉的生理机能,有效促进面神经功能恢复,减轻面瘫后遗症程度及减少后遗症的发生率。
Objective： To observe the effect of Gangliosides（GS） and Jiaweiqianzhengsan（加味牵正散,JWQZS） on Facial Neuritis（FN）. Methods： There were 93 cases of FN randomly divided into treatment and control groups; The 46 patients received basic treatment in control group, and the 47 cases treated by basic treatment plus GS and JWQZS in treatment group. Results： The cure rate was 85.1% in the treatment group, which was significantly better than 45.7% in the control group （P〈0.01）; The total efficiency was 97.9% in treatment group, which was significantly better than 78.3% in the control group（P〈0.05）; the treat- ment group showed higher facial muscle function scores than the control group（P〈0.05） after treatment. Conclusion： GS and JWQZS in the treatment of FN could significantly improve patients＂ facial blood vessels nerves and muscle physiology, effectively promote the facial nerve function recovery, reduce the degree of facial paralysis sequelae, and reduce the incidence of sequelae.
