摘要 综述近年来国内外有关EGCG的生物活性研究进展,主要集中阐述EGCG在抗氧化活性研究、抗肿瘤作用研究,抗毒性研究及神经系统、心脑血管的保护研究方面。并对未来EGCG发展方向作展望,期望为EGCG的研究提供思路。
