摘要
目的：研究振腹法对2型糖尿病（Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus，T2DM）大鼠血糖及胰高血糖素样肽－1（Glucagon－like Peptide－1，GLP－1）分泌的影响，初步探讨振腹法对T2DM的效应机制。方法：将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和造模组。造模组采用饮食联合腹腔一次性快速注射链脲佐菌素（Streptozotocin，STZ）的方法制备T2DM模型，造模成功后随机分为模型组和振腹组。振腹组进行振腹干预，检测大鼠治疗前后的血糖、口服糖耐量试验（ Oral glucose tolerance test ，OGTT）和GLP－1。结果：1）治疗后，振腹组与模型组比较空腹血糖（ Fasting blood glucose ，FBG）水平显著性降低，有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），口服糖耐量能力显著性提高，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。2）治疗后，模型组、振腹组与对照组比较葡萄糖灌胃后0-30 min GLP－1变化量（△差量）显著性降低，有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），0 min、30 min 3组GLP－1血清含量无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：1）振腹法有降低T2DM大鼠血糖和提高其口服糖耐量能力的作用。2）未能说明振腹法可通过GLP－1通路降低血糖，关于振腹法对T2DM的效应机制和GLP－1通路还需做更进一步的研究。
Objective：To study the effect of abdominal vibration therapy on blood glucose and the GLP-1 of T2DM rats, and to explore the mechanism of abdominal vibration therapy on Type II Diabetes .Methods：Wistar rats were randomly divided into nor-mal control group, model group, and abdominal vibration group .T2MD rat model was induced by high amounts of sugar and fat chow combined with single injection of STZ .Abdominal vibration therapy was performed once daily for 10 days, then 2 days of rest followed by a second treatment period of 10 days.Blood glucose, OGTT and GLP-1 were measured.Results：1）After the treat-ment, compared with the model group , FBG dropped significantly （P〈0.05） and the OGTT of the abdominal vibration group rose significantly （P〈0.05）.2）After the treatment, GLP-1 0-30min after glucose gavage in the model group and abdominal vibration group dropped dramatically （ P〈0.05 ） compared to the normal control group .There was no significant difference between the a-mounts of serum GLP-1 among three groups at 0min and 30min （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：1）Abdominal vibration therapy can alle-viate high blood glucose and rise the OGTT of T2DM rats.2）The results of this research could not prove that abdominal vibration therapy improves blood glucose via influencing GLP-1, further research is needed .
