摘要
主要介绍了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)管材的配方设计,包括UHMWPE树脂及抗氧剂、耐磨剂、加工助剂、填料等助剂的选择,同时介绍了UHMWPE管材及UHMWPE/金属复合管的应用情况及发展趋势。结果认为,UHMWPE管材的应用前景广阔。
Recent progress in formation design of UHMWPE pipe was reviewed,including the selection of UHMWPE resin, antioxidant agents, abrasion resistant agents, filler,etc. Furthermore, the present application as well as the perspective of UHMWPE was described. The results show that the application prospect of UHMWPE pipe is promising.
