摘要
油莎豆是块茎含油的草本植物,在国内外广泛种植。油莎豆多种营养成分,对人体具有多种生理保健功能。就有关油莎豆化学成分及应用方法的研究进展进行综述。
Cyperus esculents L.is oil tuber herb,widely grown at home and abroad.Cyperus esculentus L.is rich in various nutrients and possess many physiological functions.The research progresses chemical composition of the oil and beans on Cyperus esculentus L.As well as their physiological functions are reviewed.
