摘要
以常规智能控制技术和机组自启停控制技术为基础,构建了火电机组智能控制系统结构,并以某超临界600MW机组为对象,设计了包括3大模块、10个阶段、77个功能组的智能控制系统。与常规机组自启停控制系统(APS)相比,其具备智能增减断点、机组智能运行、智能剔除故障、智能管理制粉系统、智能投退燃烧器等多项优点,在控制范围及智能化等方面明显优于APS。
On the basis of the conventional intelligent control technology and unit auto startup and stop technology,the structure of "Thermal Power Unit Intelligent Control System" (PIC system) was constructed. Taking a typical 600 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power unit as an example, the PIC system was designed, which consists of three modules, ten phase and seventy seven function groups. Compared with the conventional APS, the PIC system has several particular features,including intelligent increase and decrease breakpoint, intelligent unit operation, intelligent rejecting fault, intelligent control pulverizing system, intel- ligent control burner, and so on. The PIC system has beyond the APS in many aspects such as control range and intelligent degree.
