摘要
分析评价银杏花粉中黄酮类、萜内酯类、银杏酸类以及原花青素类化学成分。采用UPLC-TQ-MS的方法对银杏花粉中24种资源性化学成分进行定性定量分析。结果显示芦丁和槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(4→1)-β-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷达到120.9μg·g-1和114.0μg·g-1,山柰酚为222.1μg·g-1。该文采用UPLC-TQ-MS的方法首次同时测定银杏花粉中24种资源性化学成分,此方法快速、便利,质量准确,为银杏花粉的资源化利用提供了基础性工作。
The present study is to determine the flavonoid glycosides, terpene lactones, biflavones, gingko acid and procyanidins of ginkgo pollen. UPLC-TQ-MS technology was used for the determination of 24 kinds of resource chemical composition in ginkgo pollen qualitatively and quantitatively. The results shows that the contents of rutin, quercetion 3-O-[4-O-(α-L-rhamnosy1)-β-D-glucoside] and kaempferolis were 120.9, 114.0, 222.1 μg·g^-1. In this paper, the contents of 24 kinds of chemical components of ginkgo pollen were determinated by UPLC-TQ-MS for the first time. This method is simple and quick, which will be benefit for recycling utilization of ginkgo pollen.
