摘要
为了全面了解中药狗脊的资源及使用现状,为狗脊资源的保护与利用提供基础依据。通过文献调查、实地调查、质量评价等方法,结果表明中药狗脊均来自于野生资源,主要分布于福建、广西、贵州、云南、广东、湖南、江西、四川、重庆、浙江等地,总面积约7 000 hm2,蕴藏量500万kg以上,年产狗脊85万kg以上,目前没有栽培资源;从各地调查取样及市场抽样的实验结果显示,所采集生品基本符合药典要求,但市场销售饮片的合格率仅为56.4%。目前狗脊的资源基本能满足用药需求,但野生资源受环境影响正逐年减少,加强保护势在必行;市场流通饮片质量参差不一,应进一步规范加工方法,保证用药的安全有效。
The study is aimed to understand the resource and the current situation of the use of Cibotii Rhizoma and provide the ba- sis for protecting and utilization. The method of literature survey, field survey and quality assessment were applied in the study. The results showed that all the Cibotii Rhizoma came from wild resource and was mainly founded in Fujian, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Zhejiang, etc. It contains over 5 000 000 kg in the area which total is about 7 000 hm2. The annual output is over 850 000 kg. At present, there is no cultivated resources. Based on the investigation and market sampling analysis from various regions, the results showed that the quality of the collected crude drugs conformed with the regulations of the Chinese pharmacopoeia. However the qualification rate of decoction pieces of Cibotii Rhizoma in market was only 56.4%. At present, the resource of Cibotii Rhizoma could meet the needs of medinal uses. It is important to protect the wild resource which is less and less because of the environmental factors. It also need to make a standard of processing method to ensure the safety, and solve quality problem of the decoction pieces.
