摘要
简要阐述了平顶山八矿选煤厂生产现状及外来煤煤质状况,详细分析了因煤仓棚堵而影响外来煤返运效率的原因,在对外来煤运输系统与放仓工艺研究的基础上,研制出多头空气炮破拱装置,用以代替原直流吹风卸煤,从而大大提高了放仓返运速度,并降低了系统电耗。
The reason influencing transportation of introduced coal, which is caused by blocking of coal bunker, is analyzed according to production situation and introduced coal property in Pingdingshan ba mine coal preparation plant. In addition, transportation system of this coal and discharging process from coal bunker are also studied. On this basis, utility - type multi - head air cannon flow aiding machine is developed instead of coal unloading process by direct - current blowing air, which has greatly improve speed of transportation, reduced consumption of power.
