摘要
在人工湿地污水处理过程中,铝污泥泥饼可作为湿地植物生长的基质以及微生物膜附着生长的多孔载体。经过对铝污泥人工湿地系统的深入研究,旨在阐明此类人工湿地应用的主要关键问题:①铝污泥是否适用于人工湿地?②铝能否从铝污泥中滤出?③铝污泥在湿地中的使用寿命有多久?④磷是否可以从使用过的铝污泥中回收再利用?⑤是否会有堵塞现象的发生,该如何解决?结果表明:从物理、化学测试结果来看,铝污泥是一种适合的人工湿地填料;湿地系统出水中铝确有滤出,但这只发生在试验最初的10—14d之内,且浓度大大低于饮用水准则中规定的限值;铝污泥在人工湿地中的使用寿命为4~17年;从使用过的铝污泥中提取磷是可行的;湿地在运行中会发生堵塞,可考虑采用系统轮空休息及替换为反粒度砾石床延缓堵塞。
Alum sludge cakes can serve er for biofilm development. After the intensive as a substrate for wetland plant growth and a porous carri- studies of the alum sludge-based CW system, the key is- sues in application of this kind of CW system were expounded. These included: ①Is alum sludge suit- able for reuse in CWs? ② Is aluminum released from the sludge? ③What is the lifespan of the alum sludge in CWs? ④ How can phosphorus be recovered from the used alum sludge? and ⑤Does clogging happen in alum sludge-based CW system and what is the solution? The results showed that from the point of physical and chemical test results, alum sludge was a kind of suitable constructed wetland packing. A- luminum was indeed filtered out from wetland system, but this only happened in the first 10 to 14 d of the test, and the concentration was much lower than the limit specified in the drinking water standards. The lifespan of alum sludge in constructed wetlands was 4 to 17 years. It was feasible to extract phosphorus from used alum sludge. Clogging would happen in the operation of the wetland, and it could be consid- ered to use system intermittently and replace with a gravel bed with the particle size from coarse to fine to delay clogging.
