摘要
针对香烟包装生产过程中出现烟支空头的问题,设计了一种烟支空头检测器。本文介绍了检测器的主要组成部分,阐述各部分硬件设计方法。该检测器能够将空头剔除信号传送到包装机控制系统,控制系统对存在空头的烟包进行剔除,实现对烟包质量控制。
Aim at the problem of cigarette loose end appearing in process of cigarette packaging, cigarette loose end detector is designed. In the paper, main parts of detector are introduced, the hardware design methods of main parts are expatiated. This detector can transmit eliminative signal to system which eliminates cigarette bundles of loose end to realize quality control of cigarette bundles.
