非小细胞肺癌细胞对肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体耐药机制分析被引量：1

摘要肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体（tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL）作为临床抗肿瘤新药已进入到临床Ⅱ期试验阶段。由于它对多种恶性肿瘤均有杀伤作用,并且具有低毒高效的特点,所以倍受科研人员的重视[1]。肺癌在我国恶性肿瘤中发病率位居第一位,发病机制与多种因素有关。
