Surveillance results of food contaminants in Shaoguan City in 2013

摘要 目的了解韶关市食品污染情况,并对监测结果进行评价,及时发现食品安全隐患,为科学评估辖区内食品安全风险和采取有针对性的控制措施提供依据。方法按照相关国家标准方法对在韶关市区主要农贸市场随机采集的13类食品545份样品进行有机磷(敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乐果、甲拌磷、久效磷)、黄曲霉毒素B1等7个指标的检测。结果市售蔬菜5种有机磷农药监测结果均低于国家限量标准,但是黄曲霉毒素B1超标率为26.25%,过氧化值超标率为20.00%,亚硫酸盐超标率为9.33%,硼砂超标率为1.36%,酸价超标率为0.77%。结论 2013年韶关市食品存在轻度污染,应继续加强对食品的监督管理和技术指导。 [Objective]To understand the food contaminants status in Shaoguan City, to evaluate the monitoring results, to timely detect of food safety problems, and provide the scientific basis for making the food safety evluation and implementing the control measures.[Methods]According to national standard method, 545 samples of 13 kinds of foods were randomly collected from the main farmers market in urban Shaoguan for detection of organophosphorus (dichlorvos, methamidophos, dimethoate, phorate, monocrotophos), aflatoxin B l.[Results]The monitoring results of 5 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide in commercial vegetables were lower than national limits, but aflatoxin B1 was over standard with the rate of 26.25%. The over standard rate of POV, sulfite, borax, acid value was 26.25%,20.00%,9.33%, 1.36%,0.77%, respectively.[Conclusion]Light pollution exists in food of Shaoguan City in 2013. It is necessary to Continue to strengthen the supervision and management and technical guidance of food.
