摘要
"慕课"(MOOCs)即"大规模开放在线课程"的出现为高校教师的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战,改变和影响着教师的适应性发展。高校教师应当主动应对,主动适应"慕课"对教师的要求,重新定位教师角色,解放思想,转变观念,重新审视看待传统的教学模式,研究和实践"慕课"教学的要求和规律,改革传统的以教师为中心的教学模式,转变为以学生为中心的教学模式。
“Moocs” （Massive Open Online Courses）brings new chances and challenges to college teachers.It changes and affects the adaptive development of teachers.College teachers should respond actively and adapt to the demands of “Moocs”,re -conceptualize the role of teachers,emancipate minds and change ideas,re -examine the traditional teaching mode,research and practice the demands and rules of “Moocs”,reform the traditional“teacher -oriented”teaching mode,and change it to the “student -oriented”teaching mode.
