摘要
目前各高校在后勤社会化服务改革过程中尚存在着诸多问题,深化改革的任务相当艰巨。高校后勤服务社会化改革的模式通常有小机关、多实体或小机关、大实体模式,托管模式和区域性后勤集团模式等三种。我国高校后勤服务社会化改革要坚持适应市场经济的法制化、确立后勤法人化地位、服务高校、经济效益兼顾、政府和社会各界广泛参与以及院校主导、整体推进等基本原则。
At present, there are still a lot of problems in the process of logistics socialization service reform in colleges and universities, and so the task is arduous. Usually, there are three kinds of patterns such as small, large or multi organs, trusteeship, and regional logistics group. The work in China should adhere to the basic principles of the legal system, to adapt to the market economy to establish the legal status of logistics, service, economic benefit, the government and the broad participation of all sectors of society, the dominant institutions, and the overall promotion.
