摘要
交通拥堵问题已经成为大中型城市发展过程中不可避免的难题之一。针对中心城区交通拥堵问题,广州市自2011年起开展了交通拥堵点治理,重点从微观层面完善交通组织优化调整和道路交通设施,改善措施多样,既包括常规的交通改善措施,也试行了可变车道技术。重点分析了交通拥堵常见类型和改善思路,并以人民桥路段为例,介绍了可变车道作为拥堵治理方法在实际应用过程中的实施条件、设计方案、仿真评价与实施效果。
The traffic congestion problem has become one of the difficulties inevitable in the development process of the middle and large cities. Aiming at the traffic congestion of the central area, the management of traffic congestion point has been carried out in Guangzhou City since 2011, focuses improvement on the traffic organization optimization and road traffic facilities from the microscopic level. There are various improvement measures including the conventional traffic improvement measures and trial changeable lane technology. The article focuses analysis on the common types and improvement idea of traffic congestion. Taking Renminqiao Road as an example, the article discusses the changeable lane as the congestion management method, and analyzes the implementation condition in the practical application, studies the design scheme, and describes the simulation evaluation and implementation effect.
