摘要
在传统锑冶炼炉用铝铬砖中引入不同含量的铝铬渣,设定合理的热处理温度,在保证制品优良性能的基础上逐步降低铝铬砖的成本,提高其性价比,试验结果表明:(1)锑冶炼炉用铝铬砖中可引入适量铝铬渣降低原料成本;(2)铝铬砖中最佳的铝铬渣加入量为30%;(3)加入量30%铝铬渣的铝铬砖较佳烧成温度为1600℃。
in the traditional antimony smelting furnace, we bring inAl2O3-Cr2O3 brick introduced in different content of Al2O3-Cr2O3 slag, and set the reasonable heat treatment temperature, on the basis of the guarantee excellent products performance gradually to reduce the cost of Al2O3 CreO3 brick. So weimprove its performance. The experimental results showed that: (1) the antimony smelting furnace with Al2O3-CreO2 brick in a suitable amount of Al2O3-Cr2O3 slag can be introduced to reduce raw material cost; (2) Al2O3Cr2O3 brick' s best content of Al2O3-Cr2O3 slag is 30%; (3) the better sintering temperature is 1600℃ with 30% Al2O3 Cr2O3 slagin Al2O3 Cr2O3 brick.
