摘要
高校信息公开法制化是高校信息化进程的重要里程碑。本文从分析高校信息公开具有特殊意义入手,探析高校信息公开现状及问题成因,提出推进高校信息公开发展策略;在探究如何处理信息公开与信息安全保障的关系的基础上,提出高校信息公开背景下加强高校信息安全保障策略。
The legalizastion of information disclosure colleges and universities is the important milestone in the informationization process. Based on the analysis of the has the special significance of information disclosure, analysis current situation and problems of university information disclosure causes, put forward to promote college information development strategy; In exploring how to deal with the relationship between the information publicity and information security, on the basis of put forward under the background of information disclosure, strengthening the university information security policy.
