摘要
科学衡量新型城镇化的发展水平并找到制约其发展的短板,对于我国新型城镇化建设具有重要的指导作用。本文从经济发展、基础设施、生态环境、人口、城乡统筹等五个方面构建了新型城镇化发展水平的评价指标体系,采用灰色关联度分析方法对河北省新型城镇化发展水平进行了综合评价。在此基础上分析出影响河北省新型城镇化发展的重要因素,并从大力推进生态文明建设、加快城镇基础设施建设、充分发挥住房保障的推动作用以及调整产业结构方面有针对性地提出了发展新型城镇化的建议。
Scientific measure of the development level of the new urbanization and exploration of the short board of restricting its devel- opment play an important role in guiding the new urbanization of China. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the new urbanization from five aspeets of economic development, population, infrastructure, and environment, urban and rural areas. The new urbanization development level in Hebei province has been evaluated by using gray correlation analysis method. Then the important factors affecting the development of new urbanization in Hebei Province has been analyzed, and the countermeasures contributing to the new urbanization development have been put forward.
