摘要
介绍了IGBT元件并联均流的主要影响因素,针对1 200 V/900 A功率等级IGBT并联应用设计了IGBT并联驱动器、低感母排和散热器,并进行了相应的试验研究。研究结果表明,该并联方案均流效果十分出色。
It introduced the main influence of current balancing of IGBT paralleling application of 1 200 V/900 A IGBT, it designed an IGBT parallel driver, out the corresponding experimental research. The research results show that the nrominent. elements connected in parallel. According to the low inductance busbar and the radiator, and carried current balancing of this parallel scheme is very prominent.
