摘要
利用密闭式堆肥反应器进行蚕沙好氧堆肥试验,研究2种不同通风曝气条件(曝气频率处理A为每间隔1.0 h通风6 min和处理B为每间隔0.5 h通风6 min)下对蚕沙好氧堆肥化处理效果的影响。结果表明,2种通风曝气条件均能实现蚕沙堆肥处理无害化效果,从快速堆肥结果看,处理B效果更佳,能促进蚕沙堆肥快速去除水分,加速有机物的分解和腐殖化进程,至14d堆肥的种子发芽指数达58.4%。表明在保证蚕沙适度发酵条件下适当提高通风频率可实现蚕沙快速堆肥化处理。
Experiments were conducted to study the effect of two aerating conditions on composting silkworm excrement in enclosed composting reactors.? ? The two aerating conditions were: treatment A - aerating 6 minutes every other 1 hour, and treatment B - aerating 6 minutes every other 0.5 hours. The results showed that two aerating conditions could result in a complete composting process, with treatment B being more effec- tive in reducing moisture content and accelerating decomposition of and humification of organic matter than treatment A. The index of seed germination was 58.4% with the composted material produced from 14 days of composting with treatment B.This suggests that increased frequency of aeration can shorten the time needed to finish composting process under ideal comoosting conditions.
