微创复位髓内钉固定术对肱骨干骨折的治疗价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微创复位髓内钉固定术对肱骨干骨折的治疗价值。方法选取68例肱骨干骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予小切口复位自锁髓内钉固定术和常规开放复位髓内钉固定术治疗。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组肘关节和肩关节功能评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论微创复位髓内钉固定术用于肱骨干骨折治疗的疗效确切,有助于患者早日康复。 Objective Discussion on the fixation for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture reduction value of minimally invasive intramedullary nail.MethodsSelected 68 cases of humeral shaft fracture were randomly divided into two groups and the control group were given a small incision to reset self-locking intramedullary nail fixation and conventional open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation treatment.Results The observation group operation time, amount of bleeding, fracture healing time was less than in the control group (P〈0.05); there was no signiifcant difference between the two groups with elbow joint and shoulder joint function score (P〉0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive reduction and intramedullary nail fixation for humeral shaft fracture treatment curative effect, is helpful to the early recovery of patients.
