摘要
目的:探讨4种上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复手指创面应用的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2014年2-10月,本院收治的18例手指小创面患者,所有患者均为不规则创面,使用4种上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复术进行治疗,均采用急诊皮瓣修复,观察患者经过治疗之后的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗之后,所有18例皮瓣均良好成活,创口愈合良好。术后随访,皮瓣外观、血运及质地良好,皮瓣感觉功能均有不同程度的恢复。患指功能恢复显著13例,恢复良好4例,恢复差1例。结论:上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复治疗手指小创面,可有效恢复手指功能,临床效果显著。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro free flap to repair the four upper finger wound applications. Method：From February 2014 to October,in our hospital 18 small finger wound patients were irregular wounds,using four miniature arm free flap repair for treatment,used in emergency percutaneous flap. To observe clinical effect. Result：After treatment,all 18 patients flaps survived well,wound healing well. Postoperative follow-up,the flap appearance,blood supply and good texture,flap sensory function in varying degrees of recovery. Significant risk refers to the functional recovery for 13 patients,4 patients with good recovery,1 patient with poor recovery. Conclusion：Arm free flap repair miniature little finger wound treatment can effectively recover finger function,the clinical effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
