摘要
高职教育已成为我国高等教育的主力军。如何打造一支素质优良、结构合理的“双师型”师资队伍是高职教育共同面对的课题。从构建“双能递进、梯队培养”新模式着手，剖析如何提高高职学院专业教师教育教学能力和实践技能水平两方面职业能力，打造高职院校“双师型”的教学团队。
